All students in Kindergarten through 8th grade are eligible to join the
Bennington Kids Wrestling Club, practice begins the first week of December.
Practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6:00 p.m. for 2nd
grade and under and 7:00 p.m. for all others. All wrestlers will be taught the
basics of wrestling and sportsmanship. The older kids will learn more
advanced techniques based on the groups abilities.
The cost to join the club is $40.00. With your paid dues the kids receive a
free t-shirt, free entry into our club tournament, and a free USA Nebraska
League card (secondary sports insurance).
Badger Elite Advanced Training is for the wrestlers that want to take their
wrestling to a new level. Bennington kids must be a member of the youth
club to join the Badger Elite. Wrestlers that do not attend Bennington
Schools must check with the coaches for eligibility. See the link below for

Bennington has a strong tradition in wrestling. Bennington currently owns
many state records including the most individual state champions produced
in class C. Bennington has won the team state championship three times
and twice the state runner-up trophy. Be a part of that tradition of
excellence and join our wrestling club.
